Terms of Use — Pokerbase AI

Pokerbase AI is a poker strategy and training tool. It provides AI-generated coaching, solver output, hand review, a preflop trainer, and practice quizzes.

It is not a gambling service. It offers no real-money play, no wagering, and no opportunity to win or lose money. It is intended for users aged 18 or over.

The coach is an AI system. It can be wrong, and it can be wrong while sounding certain. Solver output depends entirely on the inputs and assumptions given to it.

Nothing the app produces is financial advice, and we make no representation that using it will improve your results or produce any particular outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions, including any money you choose to risk elsewhere.

You may use the app anonymously until your free questions are used up. Beyond that you need an account.

You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Tell us promptly at support@pokerbase-ai.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account.

Pokerbase AI offers auto-renewing subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis.

• Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you confirm.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of that period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Instructions are on our support page.
• Deleting your Pokerbase AI account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel through the store.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue them directly.

If a promotional code grants access, it may be time-limited and may be withdrawn if it was obtained or used improperly.

Do not:

• resell, redistribute, or provide the service to others as your own;
• attempt to bypass the free-question limit, the paywall, or any access control, including by manipulating installation identifiers;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the solver or model behaviour except where that restriction is unenforceable by law;
• submit content you have no right to submit, or anything unlawful;
• automate, scrape, or place unreasonable load on the service, or interfere with its operation for others.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.

You keep ownership of the hands, questions, and other content you put into the app.

You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service: to process your content, transmit it to the third-party providers described in the privacy policy, and store it so it can sync to your other devices. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

If you create a share link, the content in it becomes readable by anyone who has the link, for as long as the link is live. You can revoke share links from the app.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service. If we discontinue a paid feature outright, you may be entitled to a refund through the store for the unused portion.

The app relies on Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and the Apple and Google app stores. Your use of the app is also subject to the relevant store's terms. We are not responsible for those services' own acts or outages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or gambling losses.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; where that is the case, they apply to you only to the extent permitted, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. We will move the date at the top and, for material changes, surface them in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Pokerbase AI

These apply where you obtained the app from the Apple App Store:

• This agreement is between you and Pokerbase AI only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory non-compliance, or consumer protection claims.
• Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, or resolving any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the app.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
